This is a one-of-a-kind custom model, ordered by Ikebe staff who selected the finest koa wood at the Yairi factory!

Based on the UC-M1 model, this original model features abalone in the purfling inside the binding and in the rosette around the soundhole. It also boasts rare specifications such as a slightly thinner body and a longer scale length, combined with curly koa wood that has a distinct grain, which has become truly rare these days!

This exquisite koa wood was personally selected by Ikebe staff from the Yairi factory in Gifu Prefecture, chosen from their precious stock. Combined with the ivy pattern on the abalone rosette around the soundhole, it creates a magnificent finish that seems to fuse the sacred nature of Hawaii with the craftsmanship of the Japanese.

The sound has a solid core yet a low center of gravity, producing a superb tone that simultaneously conveys beauty and stability, making you want to play it forever.

This model features a concert-style long neck and a thin body for easy handling. The tenor-equivalent scale produces a bright and resonant sound with solid bass and richness.
