The result is exactly what many players are looking for in a vintage 335: more sustain, more attack and a tighter overall response while keeping the open, woody ES-335 character intact.The guitar has also been professionally refretted with Jescar 55090 frets and plays extremely well. The fretboard shows noticeable wear from decades of real use, but in a way that simply feels right on a vintage instrument like this. It looks like a guitar that earned every mark honestly.Electronics are original and fully functional. Tuners are non Originals. The guitar delivers everything you would expect from a great old ES-335: warm neck tones, articulate mids, airy cleans and that unmistakable semi-hollow bark when pushed through a loud amp.This is not a museum piece.
