About this listing
This is the pinnacle of Les Paul as Les intended it to be in 1957. When 2 pickups can't provide enough tone, then maybe 3 pickups can finally do the trick–that is if you don't mind hitting the middle pickup when you really get into a solo. This is your lp buttoned up and wearing a tuxedo. This one is a meticulous creation of Les Paul's prize guitar, down to the wafflebacks and custombuckers that are recreations of the original pickups from over 70 years ago. This guitar is a perfect collectors piece item and is in pretty decent shape. There are fine scratches throughout and hazing from the VOS effect of the finish. There is also a bit of a ding next to the middle pickup. 9.66 pounds which is quite rare as these are usually over 10lbs.
