Here for sale we have a Fender Standard Telecaster electric guitar in Arctic White finish. Made in Mexico in 2007, this bolt-on neck guitar features an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a 6-saddle bridge, die-cast sealed tuners, and Chrome hardware. The pickups featured in this instrument are two Standard Single-Coil Tele pickups. These are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, master volume and master tone controls. The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Modern ‘C' profile feeling fast and smooth, whilst the Satin finish to the rear offers effortless transitions into any position. The lacquered Maple fingerboard provides a luxurious and durable playing surface, and with its 9.5" radius offers a perfect marriage between comfortable playability and modern practicality. The single cut-away design provides the player with uninhibited access to the upper register.The Standard Single-Coil Tele Single-Coil pickups provide the classic Telecaster tones that have been a staple of modern music for decades. This does not travel all the way through and after being repaired is no longer of structural concern and is purely cosmetic. A light indentation is present to the rear of the head stock, this can be seen near the low E tuning machine and can only be seen under close scrutiny.Neck: Overall very good condition, the fingerboard demonstrates some finish delamination in the middle register on the bass side edge, revealing the wood beneath. Light indentations are present to the rear of the neck across the register with the most prominent being seen under close scrutiny at the treble side of the 4th fret. All indentations can be felt slightly in the playing position.Body: Overall very good condition, a small finish crack can be identified running from the bottom control plate screw, approx 1cm in length. This will not worsen through regular use. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching and indentation visible only under direct lighting at certain angles, the most apparent of these can be seen to the front face bass side waist edge where light cracking of the finish is present, this does not expose the wood beneath. Condition of Frets:The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is moderate material remaining for future fret work. Current Set Up:Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (3/16" hex) not included.Hardware: Overall very good condition. An indentation is present to the pick guard, this can be seen between the A and D strings, with this light glue residue and discolouration can be seen to the pick guard also, this can be seen to the bass side of the neck. Mild fine scratching is present to the treble side of the pick guard, this is consistent with past use.light tarnishing of the finishes present to all aspects of the metal hardware.Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
