Here for sale we have a Fender Deluxe Roadhouse Stratocaster Modified Electric Guitar in 3-Colour Sunburst finish. Made in Mexico in 2018, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 22-fret Pau Ferro fingerboard. Other appointments include a 2-Point Synchronized Tremolo bridge, Deluxe Cast/Sealed Locking tuners, and a Synthetic Bone nut. The pickups and scratchplate have been replaced with a loaded EMG 81/SA/SA pickguard with controls for a master volume, master tone, and a 5-way pickup selector. The original pickguard with the Fender Noiseless pickups is included. 

The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 'C' profile allowing for easy fretting in any register and lending itself well to a wide variety of styles. The Pau Ferro fingerboard is pleasant to the touch, and with its 12” radius making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze, whilst offering a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for quick lead lines. The tall/narrow frets enhance vibrato techniques at speed whilst also providing a rock-solid and smooth playing experience while still giving that conventional Fender feel.

The pickups consist of an EMG 81 in the bridge position and two EMG-SA Single-coils. These pickups provide long sustain and crystalline high end with the bridge pickup sounding bright and glistening with plenty of bite. Power chords sound gritty, whilst also providing soaring lead tones. However, with subtler amp settings the bridge offers a bright, glassy clean tone. The middle pickup sits great with a nice balance of bright trebles and full warm bass, and lends itself well to rhythm tones. The neck pickup is smooth, with a beautiful warm, rounded tone that handles distorted tones masterfully. The simplified controls offer comprehensive control of your tone all at the fingertips.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the headstock.

Neck: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the neck and fingerboard.

Body: Overall excellent condition, all aspects of the body demonstrate infrequent light scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (3/16" hex) included.

Hardware: Excellent condition. The pickguard has been changed, original included. The strap studs have been changed for locking strap studs. Locking strap components included. Original strap studs not included.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
