The Glockenklang Heart-Rock is a high-powered bass amplifier head built around solid-state op-amp preamp stages and a MOSFET power amp section, delivering up to 1000 watts at 2.7 ohms, 750 watts at 4 ohms, or 400 watts at 8 ohms. The preamp features a switchable 5-band EQ - covering Bass, Low Mid, Mid, High Mid, and Treble - that can be fully bypassed for a completely transparent signal path. Two instrument inputs are provided alongside a switchable Power Amp In, while outputs include two Speakon speaker connectors, a balanced XLR DI (switchable pre/post EQ), a Line Out, and a Tuner Out. Two effects loops - one serial mono and one parallel adjustable, both switchable - offer flexible integration with outboard gear. Housed in a 19-inch, 3-rackspace chassis weighing approximately 40 lbs, the Heart-Rock is built for serious stage and studio use.
