The match of a solid Spruce sound board and two piece Indian Rosewood back and sides delivers a combination of bright articulation from the hard wood and a rich mid range and depth from the softer Rosewood. The Martin designed;  GE (Golden Era) scalloped, forward shifted 'X' bracing allows the lower bout of the Spruce top to resonate more freely and the Dreadnought shape projects all the power we've come to expect from this style of acoustic guitar.
