VHT Classic 18 2010 - Black

I’m selling my VHT Classic 18 combo, simply because I don’t use it enough anymore and it deserves to be played.

This is a brilliant little all-valve 18-watt combo with a proper vintage British-style voice. It’s warm, dynamic and really responsive under the fingers — great for blues, classic rock, indie, country, studio work or small gigs. It does that lovely edge-of-breakup valve tone beautifully, and takes pedals really well too.

One of the big plus points is the speaker: it’s fitted with a Celestion G12M Greenback — the classic 12” speaker associated with loads of vintage British rock tones. The speaker is rated at 25 watts / 8 ohms, so it’s a great match for the amp and gives it that familiar woody, warm midrange and smooth top end.
