Driftwood Darkest Nightmare - Kintsugi Custom
Our users rate Reverb
For sale is my Driftwood Darkest Nightmare, purchased brand new directly from Driftwood in 2023.
A holy-grail high gain amp head that delivers everything from tight, articulate modern metal tones to huge, crushing low-end brutality and punch. The amp is loaded with both 6L6 and KT88 power tubes, giving it exceptional depth, headroom, clarity and authority.
Key features include:
• Built-in Tube Screamer circuit for instant boost and tighter high-gain tones
• Transparent effects loop
• Integrated 9V power supply output for powering external pedals
• Optional Sizzle Switch upgrade, allowing you to dial in additional aggression, bite and top-end presence
• Custom one-off Kintsugi faceplate, designed and installed by Driftwood specifically for me – a truly unique aesthetic that sets this amp apart from any other Darkest Nightmare
• IR loader option is inoperative*
The amp has been exceptionally well cared for, only used for studio work and is in excellent condition.
A rare opportunity to own a unique, custom-spec Driftwood.
