For sale is my 2009 Baja Telecaster, one of the worst kept secrets around - absolutely outstanding guitars for the money. I loved this guitar so much I ended up buying an actual custom shop tele in the same finish and with similar specs.

I won’t copy and paste some longwinded spiel from a website, what you need to know is that it’s custom shop designed but made in Mexico. Custom shop pickups (twisted tele in neck, broadcaster in bridge) and an S1 Switching system which allows for extra pickup combinations and tonal options.

Excellent condition - the only thing I changed was putting on a proper Bakelite pickguard (cost me £25 maybe) which just looks more authentic imo, so I’ll include this for free along with the original.

Only a couple of dings which I’ve pictured, otherwise in fantastic nick. Apparently the older ones are marginally better, and I don’t find this guitar particularly heavy: this particular guitar therefore avoids the pitfalls that forums may warn against with a Baja but YMMV, that’s just my opinion. Volume pot was a bit noisy at one point but I cleaned it out with contact cleaner and it’s been perfect ever since.

Didn’t come with a case so I don’t have one to include.
