I bought this (alongside my flight cased Marshall valvestate 80/80) as a replacement for my valve 50w Marshall combo.
It was to do with changing guitar styles. I played my guitar through a Roland VG8 - it was programmed by our lead guitarist, Niall, so it could be as faithful to the tones he got.
