The Blackstar FS-16 footswitch is engineered to expand the hands-free operational capabilities of the HT Venue MkII valve amplifier series. Designed as a dedicated companion accessory, this unit integrates directly with the amplifier's internal switching matrix, allowing guitarists to access core tonal configurations without interrupting a performance.

Constructed with a heavy-duty chassis, the hardware architecture features two independent, latched footswitches designated for channel and voice manipulation. The unit interfaces with compatible amplifiers via a heavy-duty, fixed cable terminated with a standard 6.3mm (1/4-inch) TRS jack, ensuring stable analog signal transmission and power-free operation directly from the amplifier's chassis connection.
