The Palmer Pocket Amp Acoustic is a preamp housed in a very handy pedal enclosure for various types of acoustic string instruments. With the mode switch, you can specifically configure it for instruments with a magnetic pickup, bass string instruments with a piezo pickup, or models with such a pickup that largely fall within the range of an acoustic guitar. However, this stompbox offers other extensive possibilities for shaping your sound. For example, it features a three-band equalizer, allowing you to adjust the frequency of the mid-boost or mid-cut from 150 Hz up to 8 kHz.
