Fender Rhodes Mark I Stage Piano 73 – 1977.

All original parts, except for the hammer tips which have been replaced as they have reached the end of their lifespan. 

It is a real stand out example and I will be sad to part with it. I have owned the instrument for 8 years and it has been played sparingly in my studio. Before that it was owned by a central London music studio, hence why it is in such good condition. 

A clean, ready to play, late-70s Fender Rhodes Mark 1 in excellent condition with the classic warm bell tone this model of Rhodes exemplify.

Having been manufactured in 1977 it is particularly desirable era for tone and build quality.

• Fully working and sounding great
• Even, responsive action across the keyboard
• No dead notes or pickups
• Internals are very clean and well-preserved (see photos)
• Clean Jack Output— no hums or clicks.

Cosmetic notes: 

• Light surface scratches to lid
• A couple of small tolex tears on the back of the instrument (purely cosmetic and easily fixed). I can provide more info/photos on request

• Classic late-70s Rhodes tone: warm, punchy, with that signature bell attack
