In very good condition, and works fine. Comes with the power supply, but not the box/manual. There's a bit of extra noise when the 'Lo' input switch is engaged. This low input setting is intended for keyboards. Therefore, the noise is probably because I'm using a guitar, and the signal from the pickups isn't string enough for this setting. Unfortunately, I don't have a keyboard to verify. Either way, when the 'HI' input switch is engaged, it works as normal; I always have it on the 'HI' setting. Missing the Key/Guitar button. However, the button still works fine, and can be toggled using a pencil/paperclip etc.
