I'm reluctantly selling my PassEQ. If you're looking at this, I would suspect you know what it is and what it does. 

It's under 3 years old, purchased new from SX Pro. It's had some very light use in my mastering work, but due to a recent move, it isn't being used as much as it should, so it's up for sale. It's in excellent condition, both cosmetically and in use, mounted with washers so no rack rash. 
It comes boxed with the power lead. I may still have the instruction manual knocking around somewhere, and if I come across it, I'll include it, but if you need an instruction manual on how to use a Passive EQ, I don't think this is really for you.

You're buying top-of-the-range hardware, not a plug-in, so no dumb offers please.
