How long is the included warranty? All products include a 12-month warranty. Should you encounter any issues, please contact our support team directly via the "Message Seller" feature.

Why are there no pictures of the actual product? To maintain efficiency, we use stock imagery; however, all B-Stock and refurbished units are thoroughly vetted by inMusic technicians. While not brand new, every unit is fully tested to ensure it functions exactly as expected.

When will my order arrive? Orders before 13:00 Mon–Fri ship same day for Next Working Day delivery. Orders after 13:00 ship the following working day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

Can I Click & Collect? Currently not available. Please use our standard delivery option and make sure the delivery address you enter is your home address or another spot you can easily access (like work or a trusted friend's place)
