The AMEK CC115 is an input channel module used in AMEK’s large-format analog recording consoles from the 1980s–90s, featuring mic preamps and EQ sections. These modules are prized by engineers for their warm, musical sound and are sometimes racked up individually for use as standalone preamps/EQs.
I bought this unit as seen on eBay over 10 years ago and never got round to fixing the 2 modules-I ran the unit through the test equipment of an SSL engineer back then and there were some component issues we did not have the time to investigate further.
As the photos show, there is power to both strips, with the second strip appearing to have a fuller compliment of correctly lighting bulbs.
It's a fixer upper......
