Much of the Hummingbird’s appeal lies in its versatility. Its spacious mahogany body and sweet, select Sitka spruce top are more than capable of locking down rhythms for a rock and roll sideman or accompanying the most nuanced performances of today’s alternative singer-songwriters.
The Hummingbird's mahogany neck features a comfortably rounded profile and mother-of-pearl parallelogram inlays. This guitar includes a TUSQ® nut, saddle, and bridge pins, along with Grover® Rotomatic® tuners and the iconic Hummingbird™ graphics on the pickguard. It's also equipped with LR Baggs® VTC electronics, making it ready to plug in on stage or in the studio. A Gibson hardshell case is included.
