Super beautiful vintage HMV speaker cab - modded from one of the big tube radios from waaaay back in the day - like ..... 1940- 1950. Original vintage! The Elliptical speaker is approx 10 inches long and 5 inches wide, and we used this chap with our smaller modern tube amps (like our Laney LC15) for jazz and blues sessions. It's a paper cone speaker like they all were back then so the tone is sweet and beautiful, perfect for jazz and blues recordings if authenticity is your thing (I hope it is). Always been treated with care and respect so has years of life left in him. I think he's 8 ohms - we always used the 8 ohm output on the LC15 - always sounded sublime. Gitcha some of the real deal .... this is where the beautiful guitar tones reside!
