The Fredric Silicon Harmonic Percolator is a fuzz pedal that is both simple yet versatile giving access to a unique fuzz tonal palette! A cool 'window' on the top of the pedal shows the rare parts - a quirky, yet cool look!
This pedal uses silicon transistors manufactured 40 years ago in the former East Germany and clips the signal using a weirdo East German diode array. The volume knob controls the overall volume whilst the gain control adds the fuzz sound to the mix.
The centre button gives you the diode clipping options. The up position results has no no clipping for a more open and less fuzzy sound, but when engaged it introduces the glorious weirdo East German diode array - giving access to some unique tonal fuzz options.
Fredric Effects is owned by the two guitarists of London alt rock band The Sailplanes, and focus on naught but recreating vintage boutique effects at a highly affordable price, while ensuring the most supreme of build qualities that last the test of time!
