About the condition, please read carefully:
Keybed, pads and faders work fine, the rotary knobs 1 to 4 give random midi values and jump erratic. (Similar user reports of this issue claim can be fix by cleaning the potentiometers, but it is not guaranteed).
As you can see by the pictures, some of the black metal paint started to peel off, but it's just a cosmetic issue, scotch tape was used to avoid getting worse.
