Marshall JMP 1930 Popular 210 Combo Amplifier 1969

Offered for sale in exceptional, collector-grade condition, this is a very rare Marshall Model 1930 Popular two by 10" 10 watt valve combination amplifier. A mini Bluesbreaker! This model was only manufactured between 1969-71.

The cabinet, Tolex, front grill cloth, and overall condition of this amp are excellent and close to mint.
The serial number is 29453.

Internally and externally very original, including transformers, except for some minor service components changes i.e. caps, resistors, and new old stock valves to keep it running safely.

The tube complement is a pair of ECL86 triode/pentode tubes for the push-pull output stage and phase-inverter stage, and a single 12AX7/ECC83 for the preamp.

Original "Cheese block" footswitch and you can link both input channels with a patch lead. This amp is not particularly quite on idle, but these amps are known for this, the sound on this amp is fantastic. Classic 60's Marshall in a reasonable size and weight cabinet.

Our in-house technician serviced it and it is now ready for a new home.
