Quand Fender est arraché aux griffes de CBS en 1981, la nouvelle équipe appelle Paul Rivera qui était le grand manitou chez Mesa Boogie et lui confie une mission : retrouver le clean BlackFace de Leo Fender et moderniser le crunch et la gain. Résultat absolument fantastique avec un clean que Leo a lui même reconnu, un crunch mi-black / mi-silverface, et un gain californien à la Mesa boogie style!
Les dernier amplis Fender point par point ou handwired si vous préférez. Méconnus sauf des très fins connaisseurs de la marque californienne, aussi rares qu'excellents ! Prettez-y une oreille !
