This listing is for a one of a kind Roland TR-8 Drum Machine with the 7x7 expansion.

On its own it recreates the sounds of the 909 and 808. With the 7x7 expansion you obtain further 909 and 808 sounds along with whole kits from the 606, 707 and 727.

As you will have noticed, this isn't the standard TR-8. The original had a hideous green colour scheme with green LED's that required the use of sunglasses whilst using it. This TR-8 has a full set of red LED's in place of the green ones and 808 style graphics instead of the original AIRA graphics.

I've tried to show as many pictures of the LED's as possible, obviously the step buttons still function as multicoloured buttons. It is worth pointing out that there are a couple of buttons on the TR-8 that didn't light up in the first place on any version of the TR-8 (Tap and Scale for instance).

It has has had studio use only and comes with the original Roland PSU and Decksaver cover.
