The RGA42HPQM features a quilted maple veneer top in Blue Iceberg Gradation gloss finish on a sculpted Nyatoh body bolted to a Roasted Maple neck with a 24 fret Jatoba fingerboard, offset dot position markers and luminescent side dots - making it easier to see on-stage. Components include a pair of direct-mounted DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbucking pickups with a coil split toggle, an F106 fixed bridge, a plastic nut and Ibanez tuning machines.
Through close collaboration between Ibanez and DiMarzio® Fusion Edge pickups have been engineered to produce a powerful, distinctive tone with a crisp, cutting high end, and a tight, compressed bottom end, minus any muddy mid-range. The coil tap switch adds sound and tonal variations for both pickups.
