This is one of the finest, most stunning clean amps you will ever hear, at any price point.

We sell a lot of amps and some great brands this amp is up with the very best. The clean is incredible. Then you push it and it starts taking off, great amp.
You can get truely stunning tone at bedroom volume from this amp, then crank it up and easaly cover small venue or into a house PA.

One Chanel Amps are a breeze to use and really give immediate feedback, the only down size is most players don’t know how to get the best out single ended amps in a live setting, that takes a bit more tuning but once you get your head round it, it opens up a very free style of playing.

So please don’t be put off by the price or single Chanel, this is simply one of the finest Dr Z Amps available.
This one is from a home studio environment and is in mint, never gigged.
Basically as good as new.

A lot of extras on this amp, and one of the last Mrk I amps. So has a lot of the features similar to the later Mrk II that started around 2918/19.
Volume foot switch along with FX loop and also features the very rare 2 x10 speaker setup, 8 Ohm across a parallel pair of 16 Ohm 70w speakers.
Jensen style cleans.

Options included on this amp are the Dr Z £400 power attenuator along with the variable volume boost control foot peddle and the two by 10“ speaker setup.

Makes this a fully loaded top of the line amp.
This amp new today would be well over £3000

The non reverb model is actually really worth considering over the reverb model.
The reverb circuit in the Maz18 was its Achilles heel, always got a bit noisy as more reverb soaked in.
The non reverb version is sweeter sounding without the noise issue, and with so many fantastic after market reverbs around what’s the point in compromising an otherwise fantastic amp.

Sometimes Less, is truly more, as they say.

Incredibly musical amp, simply a joy to play.
The Mrk 1 amps are a little more edgy in our opinion than the mark II and also retains the characteristic fabulously peaky output response that Dr Z is known for.
Makes these amps incredibly sensitive and articulate to play.
Unbelievably sweet.

The cleans on this amp are unrivalled but soon give way to thunderous OD when pushed.
Works great with peddles.
