Ovation Mandolin 1990's - Dark Cherry Sunburst

This is a very rare Ovation mandolin. I've described it as fair, but for it's age it's in quite good condition. The neck on this is very thin, I have thin fingers and it's a bit tight for me! Sounds great acoustic, but sounds excellent when amplified. The original pre-amp died some time ago, so was replaced with a Fishman, which also means you don't have to remove the back to change the battery, which is a bonus. There is some fret wear, which is to be expected at it's age. It fits well into the hard case, which is also in fair condition. Any trial is welcomed, but I'm not after trades for this, as I have more than enough gear already. Collection only, no way am I trusting this to a courier. Come along and give it a try, it's a very rare gem.
