Vintage 1974 Marshall JMP Super PA 50w #1963 Metal Panel Amplifier Head *1970s*

This wonderful 1974 Super PA was found in an attic a few weeks back, where it had been gathering dust for some time. The dust kept this in incredible (and I mean incredible) condition. This is a rarer 50w model, model code 1963, not often found like it's bigger brother the 100w. Cosmetically it is in incredible condition, with literally no scuffs or scrapes on the outside. The previous owner changed the knobs to a later 1970s style knob, otherwise totally original. Internally, it is in wonderful condition. These 50w chassis' were all drilled for the 4 large caps, but they were never used from the factory and have a metal plate covering them instead. The transformers are all original to the amplifier (1202-164 mains TF, 784-139 output TF and the choke), and work perfectly. It has a nice pair of Siemens EL34s inside, fully tested, and a mixed quad of ECC83s. The circuitboard is relatively untouched, and has recently been checked over by my leading amp tech. It's a true beauty, a real stunning example. You will not be disappointed - grab a bargain!
