Built during the era many collectors now call Collings' golden run, it pairs a Sitka spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides — a classic, D-28-influenced voicing with the clarity and headroom Collings is known for.

Now over 25 years old, this one's in genuinely excellent condition for its age, with the tone to match: shimmering trebles, a articulate midrange, and a low end with real depth without ever turning boomy. It comes complete with its original Collings-branded hardshell case.
