The Laney A1 Acoustic is a 120-watt acoustic combo amplifier built around a 1×8" woofer and 1" dome tweeter configuration. It features two independent channels - Channel 1 with a 1/4" jack input and Channel 2 with an XLR/jack combo input supporting 48V phantom power for condenser microphones. On-board DSP provides 16 custom programs with per-channel send control, while each channel offers a flexible EQ section including a shape button, gain, bass, swept mid, and treble controls. Practical performance tools include an anti-feedback switch, phase switch, and mute switch. For connectivity, the A1 offers a pro-spec XLR DI output, 1/4" line out, headphone socket, mini jack aux input, and an effects loop. The cabinet supports pole mounting and can also be used in a kickback position, making it adaptable for a range of live and rehearsal settings.
