This item is in good condition. It has passed our full 8-point functional test with perfect results. Note: The violin is in fantastic condition for its age, dating back to 1994. It plays perfectly up the neck and the tuners work well. The bow could benefit from some attention, but in its current state it can still be used to play the violin. The front centre of the violin body appears to have a slightly rough, corroded surface. Please review all photos carefully, as they provide an accurate representation of the cosmetic condition of the product.
What's included- Andrew Schroetter 1994 4:4 Violin Model 801 (Natural)
- Hard Case
The Andrew Schroetter Model 801 is a full-size (4/4) student-to-intermediate violin, crafted in 1994. Full-size violins of this type are built for players who have progressed beyond fractional sizes and are looking for an instrument that supports continued development across all positions. The Model 801 follows the traditional carved-top violin construction associated with European-influenced workshop instruments of that era, featuring standard violin tuning pegs and fine tuners at the tailpiece. Schroetter instruments from this period were aimed at the educational and beginner-intermediate market, offering playable acoustics at an accessible price point.
A great opportunity to own a Andrew Schroetter 1994 4:4 Violin Model 801 at this price point.
