Auris 7-tone pentatonic glockenspiel – Made in Sweden
Quality Auris pentatonic glockenspiel, with seven metal tone bars mounted on a curved wooden body.
The notes are:
D – E – G – A – B – D – E
It has a lovely clear, resonant sound with a long sustain and is very easy to play. The pentatonic tuning make it particularly suitable for creative and improvised music-making.
The metal bars have a few light marks from use and age (as seen in the photographs), but overall it is in good used condition and sounds beautiful.
The underside carries the original Auris – Made in Sweden branding.

- Original mallet as pictured, with rubber head.
