Up for sale is a fantastic, highly sought-after VHT Special 6 half-stack. If you are looking at this, you probably already know that these are absolute gems in the valve amp world. Unlike modern budget amps that use cheap printed circuit boards (PCBs), the Special 6 is fully hand-wired with eyelet board construction, making it incredibly dynamic, reliable, and mod-friendly.
VHT Special 6 Head:
The head is in great cosmetic and functional condition. It runs on a single 12AX7 preamp tube and a 6V6 power tube, delivering gorgeous, organic American-style cleans that break up beautifully when cranked.
VHT 112 Cabinet:
The matching 1x12 closed-back cabinet has been gigged, so it shows some honest cosmetic signs of use(minor scuffs/scratches in the tolex).
- Premium Construction: Unlike standard mass-produced modern cabinets built from heavy, tone-dead MDF or particle board, VHT built these properly. It is constructed from high-grade, finger-jointed plywood for optimal resonance, superior acoustic properties, and incredible ruggedness. It houses a punchy 12" VHT speaker.
- Note on Wear: Please note that the cabinet handle is worn from being loaded in and out of gigs, but they are still fully functional and the cab itself remains structurally rock-solid.

- Original VHT single-button footswitch (remotely engages the built-in Boost feature, which effectively bypasses the tone stack)
