Reluctant sale of my Orange Terror Bass 1000 head and two Orange SP212 Smart Power 2x12 bass cabinets.

This has been my main bass rig and sounds absolutely fantastic — big, warm, punchy and with that unmistakable Orange growl.

I'm only selling because I'm moving towards a much lighter gigging setup. There is nothing wrong with the rig and it has been extremely reliable.

The combination makes a seriously powerful but very musical rig. The two SP212s give you a huge, full bass sound while retaining the characteristic Orange character.

I've used this for live work and rehearsals and it has always delivered. It's particularly good if you want a big, aggressive rock/punk sound with plenty of warmth and low-end authority.

Condition

The equipment is approximately 13 years old and in good condition, with the usual minor cosmetic signs of use associated with gigging equipment.

The cabs come with their original Orange covers, which are in good condition.

Everything is fully functional.

I'm selling because, after years of lugging a big rig around, I'm finally admitting that I'd quite like something I can carry without needing a small team of roadies! 😂

It's a reluctant sale of a great-sounding rig, rather than a fault-related sale.

I'd strongly prefer collection from the Hope Valley, Derbyshire, as this is obviously substantial equipment and I'd much rather a buyer could see and hear it properly, although could arrange courier etc for right buyer
