Up for sale is a beautiful, complete vintage setup of authentic Avedis Turkish (USA) cymbals, complete with a heavy duty Protection Racket padded cymbal case.
This set belonged to my dad, who owned and cherished them for many years before recently passing away. They have spent the vast majority of their life safely cared for, and the bronze displays a gorgeous, uncleaned natural vintage patina that takes decades to develop.
The set includes three 1960s "3-Dot" stamp cymbals and one 1970s "Thin Stamp" cymbal. Weights are exceptionally well balanced across the board, especially the 14" hi-hat pair, which fall into that highly desirable lightweight jazz/rock category.

18" A Zildjian Crash (1960s Stamp)
Weight: 1715g
Smooth edges and clean mounting hole.
19" A Zildjian Crash/Ride w/ Sizzle Holes (1970s Stamp)
Weight: 2087g
Drilled with rivet holes for a sizzle effect.
Has one tiny edge bite/nick (see close-up photo). It is completely stable and does not affect the playability or structural integrity.
20" A Zildjian Ride (1960s Stamp)
Weight: 2208g
Features one tiny dent on the outer rim (shown in photos). Otherwise in great shape.
Protection Racket Padded Cymbal Case
Premium fleece lined bag in excellent condition with working zips and sturdy handles. Keeps the entire set safe in transit.
All mounting holes are clean and round with zero cracks or spidering on any cymbal.
Edges are generally smooth overall, with the noted exception of the small bite on the 19" and tiny dent on the 20" (both fully detailed in photos).
The finish is original, unpolished vintage bronze patina.
Shipping & Terms
Will be packed with extreme care with the cymbals sleeved/divided inside the bag and heavily padded in a heavy-duty box.
Tracked and insured shipping via courier. Local pickup available upon request.
