I'm downsizing my bass rig, and am selling my beloved power amp, this Yamaha P3500S. It's a clean-sounding, full-range class AB amp that would suit guitar, bass or PA/DJing, etc. It has two independent channels, and delivers 450W into each channel at 4 ohms or 350W into each at 8 ohms. UK plug, with a captive power cable.

This amp has been rack-mounted since the day I bought it in around 2005/6, and has been well cared for. It has never needed repair, but it has a little superficial scratching on the top surface acquired through installing/removing from the rack for cleaning and inspection.

It has done a total of no more than 40 hours of gigging in small venues; the rest of its life has been at home, at very low levels in a smoke-free environment. The pots are clean and crackle-free with no noise at any position.

It has never been driven into clipping even when gigged, and the TEMP and PROTECTION lights have never come on. User manual not included, though it s freely downloadable fom the Yahama website.

There's a YS Processing switch on the rear which activates a shaping stage which is tuned specifically for use with Yamaha Club Series PA speakers. When deactivated the amp runs completely flat, and suits any speakers.

Due to its weight (15kg) collection is preferred. Very happy to demo on collection, but am only able to provide bass cabs and bass pre-amp.
