This is a stunning, time-capsule example of the legendary Valley People Dyna-Mite 430 stereo dynamics processor. Manufactured in Nashville, TN, in the spring/summer of 1981 (confirmed by internal RCA 8110 component date codes), this early-production unit is a holy grail for engineers chasing the ultimate drum-smashing compressor and ultra-fast gate.Cosmetic Condition: Minor scuffs top and bottom from racking, bit of wear at the rack screw holes. The faceplate is nearly pristine, text is sharp, and all original factory knobs/caps are intact. Electronic Condition: 100% original and completely unmodified. It features a matching pair of the highly coveted, original proprietary green Valley People TA-101 Class-A VCA potting modules. This unit is unrecapped, completely stock, and functioning exactly as a healthy vintage survivor should.
