Real Tube Overdrive . I bought this new in the late eighties and used it as my main drive pedal for several years. Used intermittently since but kept boxed in a drawer as I only use valve amp distortion now. It had an on/ off switching problem a couple of years ago and I took it in to get it fixed. They found the original plug power supply was dangerous if used with 220 volt, as it was designed for 110 volts, and re wired it to be used with a seperate psu. They replaced some old, degraded components and re soldered most of the circuit. So, all safe and working properly now. See picture of invoice.There is quite a lot about this pedal online.
