Overview
The Fender Duo-Sonic makes its triumphant return as part of the Offset Series, an affordable line of guitars based on the revered "student models" of the mid-1950s. This twin pickup guitar features a relatively smaller body and 24" scale length, shorter than your standard Stratocasters and Telecasters. This makes the Duo-Sonic a great choice for beginners, players with smaller hands, and any experienced guitarist looking for the signature midrange bite of a short-scale instrument. Two single coil Duo-Sonic pickups deliver classic Fender tones, and the string-through hardtail design aids in producing great articulation and sustain. The neck has a modern C-shape profile and is finished with satin polyurethane for a smooth, worn-in feel right out of the box and great playability. If you're a beginner looking for your first serious instrument, or a seasoned vet looking for another color on the palette, the Duo-Sonic is worth a serious look.
