Overview
The 1968 Fender Reverb kept the same chassis at its blackface predecessors but updated the interior circuitry and exterior with the iconic silver faceplate. In addition, the '68 model acted as the schematic for the current reissue.
- Speaker: 12" Fender Special Design, 20W power
- Tube Section: 6V6GT power amp, 12AX7 preamp, 5AR4 solid state rectifier
- Controls: Volume, two-band EQ on clean channel, added reverb, speed, and intensity knobs on vibrato channel
- Other Features: dual Clean/Vibrato channel design, AA763 reverb circuit
