Información sobre este anuncio
Quietly Exceptional.
Undeniably sophisticated and built with the kind of obsessive attention to detail that has become synonymous with Collings, this 2009 SJ Indian is a superb example of the company’s famously impressive quality. With its Indian rosewood construction and powerful, yet balanced voice, it has all the refinement you’d expect from the finest guitar makers in Texas.
The SJ combines a more compact jumbo style body with plenty of tonal authority, producing a rich, articulate sound with impressive projection. There’s a wonderful sense of clarity across the frequency range, with a responsive feel that rewards both delicate fingerstyle playing and a more assertive strumming approach. It’s the sort of instrument that feels immediately familiar in the hands while revealing more of its character the longer you play it.
This example is in remarkably excellent condition and has clearly been treated with considerable care. There is no fret wear, while the guitar shows only the minimum signs of use, save for the scratch plate, which has a few barely noticeable marks from strumming, but otherwise it remains exceptionally clean with no significant cosmetic issues to distract from the beautifully understated presentation.
A genuinely special acoustic with outstanding craftsmanship, character and playability, presented here in remarkably well-preserved condition.
