Up for sale is a beautifully restored ARP 2600, one of the most iconic synthesizers in history. This particular unit, a 2601 model, has been lovingly refurbished to ensure it sounds and performs exactly as it should.
Very few come to market in this kind of condition, making it an exceptional opportunity for collectors, musicians, and serious synth enthusiasts.

Family-Owned Since the ’70s – Carefully looked after from new, with a clear history.
Professional Restoration – Fully serviced by an expert vintage synth technician. Every detail was addressed: cleaning, rewiring, power supply rebuild, cabinet refurbishment, and much more.
Climate-Controlled Storage – Preserved in ideal conditions to maintain integrity.
Keyboard Flexibility – Comes with a custom-built keyboard adapter, allowing the use of any MIDI keyboard via a MIDI-to-CV converter (like the Kenton Pro Solo Mk3). While the original keyboard is long gone, this upgrade makes the synth more versatile than ever. If you do own an original keyboard, it’s fully compatible with this 2601.
Restoration Work
The restoration process was extensive, taking over two years and documented in detail (paperwork will be included for the buyer). Some key work carried out includes:
Cabinet: New Tolex, rebuilt sleeves, structural repairs, upgraded to a modern IEC power inlet.
Power Supply: Rebuilt with new components, including transformer, regulators, and fuses for safety.
Panel & Electronics: Sliders cleaned and lubricated, caps and transistors replaced, circuits refurbished and calibrated to factory specs.
Reverb & Connectivity: RCA connectors replaced, breakout box built for CV/GATE/TRIG.
Testing: PAT-tested and soak-tested to ensure flawless performance.
