Looking to move on my Akai 4000DS MK 2 which has served me well. Great condition, some minor cosmetic wear on the front panel but fantastic working order; a seemingly good deal for £350 (ONO) comparably. Could probably do with recalibration and a light service as it hasn't been used in a while. Tested and works great but slight issue in the left record head; it fades out and in (lasting no more than a second in total) when recording. This could be due to it needing a good clean or potentially a head replacement further down the line which is relatively cheap and easy to do. The issue probably occurs once every half hour on average when recording which doesn't pose a huge problem.
