For sale: a pair of Fender Vintage Style JB pickups. This is the series fitted to the majority of Jazz Basses produced by Fender in Japan to this day, and they are made with Alnico V magnets.
They come from a limited edition international color Fender Jazz Bass on which I have fitted Pure Vintage ’74 pickups, which I find more in keeping with a bass of that type, with 1970s-style spacing between the two magnets.
Both pickups work well and are sold with brass screws and mounting plates fitted with foam pads.
