It’s been 2 years since JOYO launched the BanTamP series of guitar amplifiers and we always knew that these amps would be popular at home, in practice and even in performance. They might be small but they are extra mighty in sound.

To celebrate the launch of the new XL edition we have released a very limited edition of the JaCkMan XL in Gold ! There have only been 200 manufactured in the WORLD, so be sure to grab this very limited UK edition! We know they will sell out fast !

Over the last 12 months we have been developing the brand new BanTamP XL series! We have retained the original tones and functions as the original but the BanTamP XL series now features a channel switching footswitch, with independent controls to adjust each channels tone and gain settings.

The JOYO Bantamp XL LTD Edition JaCkMan has a 1 x 12AX7 Preamp tube - The ability to reproduce the sound of the instrument was a key factor in assessing a tube for the JOYO Bantamp XL series. The 12AX7 pre amp tube produces the warm smooth overdrive tones that do not clip tone as a typical fixed state amp head would. The Tube Pre amp has the sonic focus of warming tone stages and keeps your guitar sounding true to its original tone.

Clean Channel

With 2 channels stomp on the footswitch to the CLEAN channel and use with your array of guitar pedals. A two channel amp makes a guitar head twice as versatile as alternatives and a makes great companion for musicians at practice or on the road. The Bantamp XL will keep it clean.

Overdrive / Overdrive Channel

The Bantamp XL come alive with their impressive gain settings. The ability to be pushed into warm overdrives to beefy higher gain territory by adjusting the independent channel tone and gain makes this little amp extra large.

Foot Switch

A solid footswitch to remotely move between your 2 channel amp !

FX Loop

The FX loop on a guitar amplifier enables you to put your modulated based effects (Phasers, Flanger, tremolo and Chorus) after the JOYO Bantamp XL delivers its drive magic. The FX loop keeps the modulated effects pure and will prevent them from becoming muddied from the amp gain.

Bluetooth Wireless Connectivity

Pair your Bluetooth device to the Bantamp XL and jam along to your favourite tracks, connect your external device via Bluetooth and play your audio tracks cleanly through the amps Bluetooth receiver channel. We find that this is the great way to practice guitar with and to learn new songs without a big tangle of wires.

Headphone Out with Built in Cab Speaker Amp Simulation

With an upgraded headphone & Line Out, the Bantamp XL from JOYO has a speaker out rated at 8O and can also be operated at 16O.

Careful, the amp is small, but 20 Watts is loud and will deliver a handful, . If you want to practice quietly, plug into a mixer or record directly, just use the built in headphone out with speaker emulation..

Once you start working with the new JOYO Bantamp XL guitar amplifiers, you will forget their physical size, the tones achieved here are eXtra Large.
