This flagship model faithfully recreates the original “Patents Pending” ML, right down to the patents pending stamp on the back of the oversized headstock, honoring Dean’s rich legacy in electric guitar design.

Constructed with a mahogany body and a maple top, the ML delivers massive sustain, thick mids, and a powerful low end, perfectly suited for rock and metal. The set mahogany neck, carved into a Patents Pending-spec C-shaped profile, offers fast yet comfortable playability, enhanced by distinctive red side dots, a unique vintage-correct detail.
The ebony fingerboard with abalone dot inlays and 22 jumbo frets ensures smooth bends, precise articulation, and excellent note clarity across the full 24 5/8” USA scale length.
