Juno 6 that I’ve had in my possession for about 5 years. if you zoom in on the photos, you’re likely to see a scratch on the metal chassis, or a nick on wood end pieces, but everything functions and is in working order. I’ve rarely moved it since I’ve had it, and it’s been on its current stand for most of the time I’ve had it. I’m on a non-smoker, and I generally cover it when it’s not in use. Not much else to say? I know the B-word company has a clone coming out. I assure you, it won’t sound like this because, like the DeepMind, if it can get 90% of the way there … it might as well get 0% of the way there because it won’t be able to do the “thing”, ultimately. This does the “thing“ EVERY time; you just have to switch it on and go. It’s the best synth I’ve ever played owned, but I‘m ready to experiment with some new gear, and get some different sounds. So I’m setting the Juno free for someone else to enjoy (I‘ll probably come back to it later on down the line, anyway?)
And let me set this straight beforehand: I am a very real person, who does exist, and who does own the same Juno depicted in this listing. I had an issue recently where, someone bought it, I didn’t recieve any notification from reverb, my listing was taken down, and I had to use AI to sort out the mess (I got busy and didn’t check the site for a few weeks, so that’s on me. In my defense, though, Reverb has always emailed me in the past whenever someone sent a message, made an offer, or bought an item. I no longer get ANY communication from Reverb, or none that is not on the site itself, under my personal tab. Now that I’m aware of the problem, I’ll make sure to check regularly). By the time I got everything ready to ship (this was late July for an item bought in early July) the buyer wanted their money back, and I had to refund them, full disclosure. The buyer said he thought it was a scam. He understood my situation after talking with me, but he still wanted a refund. So whether it was buyers remorse and a window to back out, or someone who was extremely paranoid about being taken advantage of … I don‘t know? All I can say is, I’m real, the synth is real, and you‘ll be very happy if you decide to buy this synth. The box and packaging are ready to go now, too, because of the prior fiasco.
