This is a Gretsch Round Badge NOB 15x6.5 U.S. Quartermasters Snare Drum. For a 90-year-old snare drum, this is in decent shape. The shell and rims are brass. Drum in round. Rims are in round. The original snares are missing. Instead of including a set of snares that you will likely toss - this drum will be sold without snares.
The snare beds are crimped and in amazing shape.
