Built by Salvaged Sound, this passive guitar cabinet pairs a vintage Astro Electronics enclosure with an original August 1985 Realistic Minimus-0.5 4-inch full-range speaker.
The compact sealed enclosure gives the driver a balanced guitar voice with tight bass, clear mids, smooth highs, and excellent note definition. It works especially well for clean tones, edge-of-breakup, overdrive, fuzz, blues, surf, indie, garage rock, harmonica, and recording.
The Astro enclosure has been repurposed while preserving its walnut-look finish, woven grille cloth, and clean vintage appearance. A standard 1/4-inch speaker input has been professionally installed.
